The room offered ample space and daily cleaning service which i found reliable. The breakfast buffet provided many choices, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. I especially appreciated the variety. I also found the staff helpful and accommodating, promptly addressing any requests.
I found that the room lacked a balcony. It would have enhanced my stay significantly.

the location was good. it was a short walk to many attractions. the staff was friendly. the room was clean.
the tv did not work. the air conditioning also failed to function. it made the room uncomfortable. i hoped for better amenities.

The wellness area was smaller than expected, and it required an extra fee for private use. This limited our ability to enjoy those amenities freely.

I appreciated the great location near the center with easy access to transportation. My room was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping changed the towels daily and kept the room tidy. I found the staff polite and helpful always willing to assist with any questions.
I found the room a bit too warm I could not adjust the temperature to my liking.
